摘 要:为进一步提高污水紫外线消毒效果,保障消毒出水安全性,以粪大肠杆菌为受试菌种,研究了紫外线剂量、紫外线穿透率、浊度以及粪大肠杆菌的初始浓度对紫外线消毒效果的影响。结果表明:在特定的光强下,紫外线照射时间能体现紫外线剂量,是影响消毒效果的主要因素,随着照射时间的增加,粪大肠杆菌的灭活率先升高后持平;污水紫外线穿透率对紫外线消毒的效果有着重要的影响,建议控制穿透率在77%以上,以保持一个较好的消毒效果;污水的浊度对紫外线灭活粪大肠杆菌效果有一定影响,在实际丁程应用中,建议消毒前污水的浊度应尽量控制在14 NTU以内;粪大肠杆菌的初始浓度会影响紫外线的消毒效果,浓度越大,对粪大肠杆菌的灭活率越低,但当照射时间达到一定数值之后,初始浓度的影响变小到可以忽略。In order to furtherly improve ultraviolet disinfection of sewage and ensure the safety of ultraviolet disinfection,the effect of UV doses ,UV penetration rate,effluent turbidity and initial concentration of fecal E.coli on ultraviolet disinfection is studied. The experiment takes fecal E.coli as test strains. The results show that UV irradiation time can reflect ultraviolet dose under the specific light intensity,and which is the main factor affecting the disinfection. With the increase of irradiation time,inactivation of fecal E. coli increases first and then becomes unchanged. Ultraviolet transmittance of sewage has an important influence on ultraviolet disinfection. It is suggested that when control penetration rate is above 77%,a better disinfection can be maintained. The turbidity of sewage has a certain influence on the effect of ultraviolet inactivation on fecal E. coli. In practical engineering applications,it is suggested that the turbidity of sewage before disinfection should be controlled within 14 NTU. The initial concentration of E.coli may affect ultraviolet disinfection,and higher concentration of fecal E.coli leads to lower inactivation rate. But when irradiation time reaches a certain value,the effect of initial concentration becomes small enough to be ignored.
