摘 要:以金叶白蜡扦插苗为试验材料,分析不同扦插基质、扦插时期、植物生长调节剂种类、ABT 1号浸泡浓度及浸泡时间对苗木成活和生根情况的影响。结果表明:扦插基质以草炭土+细河沙+珍珠岩(体积比1:1:2)成活率、生根数和根长最高,分别为75%、9.1条和8.13 cm;最佳扦插时期是3月和6月,扦插成活率70%以上,300 mg·L^(-1)ABT 1号浸泡插穗基部30 min的处理效果最佳,成活率70%以上,由此建立了金叶白蜡以苗繁苗技术体系。Using Fraxinus chinensis ‘Jinyebaila’ cuttings as test material,the effect of different media,cutting periods,plant growth regulator type,treatment with different concentration and time of ABT 1 were studied. The results showed that: the suitable medium for cutting of Fraxinus chinensis ‘Jinyebaila’ was the matrix of peat soil + fine river sand + perlite(volume ratio 1:1:2).The survial rate,rooting number and root lengthwere 75%,9.1 and 8.13 cm respectively. The appropriate cutting period was in March and June,the survial rate is up to 70%.The better plant growth regulator treatment for cutting base was soaked by 300 mg·L^(-1) of ABT 1 for 30 min,and the survial rate was up to 75%.
