甘草油联合湿疹软膏及护理干预在婴幼儿湿疹中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨甘草油联合湿疹软膏对婴幼儿湿疹的治疗与预防效果,并总结护理体会。方法选取300例湿疹患儿随机分为观察组与对照组,各150例。全部患儿均接受甘草油与湿疹软膏治疗,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在此基础上加强日常护理干预,观察甘草油联合湿疹软膏治疗婴幼儿湿疹的安全性,比较2组患儿护理效果。结果观察组患儿经甘草油联合湿疹软膏治疗及护理干预后,总有效率为99.3%,高于对照组的总有效率83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有1例患儿出现皮肤过敏症状。结论采用甘草油联合湿疹软膏治疗婴幼儿湿疹安全性较强,疗效显著,加强日常护理能够促进病情好转。Objective To explore the effect of licorice oil combined with eczema ointment in the treatment and prevention of infant eczema and summarize the corresponding nursing experience.Methods A total of 300 children with eczema were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 150 cases in each group. All the children were treated with licorice oil and eczema ointment. Routine nursing was given in the control group,and daily nursing intervention was strengthened in the observation group. The safety of licorice oil combined with eczema ointment in the treatment of infant eczema was observed,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment with licorice oil combined with eczema ointment and nursing intervention,the observation group had higher total effective rate than the control group（99. 3% vs. 83. 3%,P 0.05）. One patient in the control group developed skin allergies. Conclusion The combination of licorice oil and eczema ointment is safe and effective in the treatment of infant eczema,and strengthened routine nursing can promote the prognosis of disease.
