高流量氧疗在婴儿红臀创面治疗中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨局部高流量氧疗在婴儿红臀创面治疗中的效果和护理干预方法。方法将60例婴儿红臀患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组患儿用高流量氧气吹红臀创面后局部涂抹鞣酸软膏,对照组患儿常规清洁臀部后使用鞣酸软膏。比较2组患儿红臀痊愈情况。结果观察组显效25例,有效5例,总有效率100%,观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在婴儿红臀常规护理中,使用高流量氧气治疗,能有效治疗各种原因引起的红臀,促进创面愈合,减轻患儿痛苦,防止护理并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the effect of local high flow oxygen therapy on red hip wounds in infants and the nursing intervention. Methods Sixty infants with red hips were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The children in the observation group were treated with high-flow oxygen and tannic acid ointment. The control group was treated with tannic acid ointment after routine cleaning of the buttocks. The recovery of the two groups were compared. Results There were 25 cases with remarked efficacy,and 5 effective cases in the observation group,the total effective rate of 100%,which was significantly better than the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion High-flow oxygen therapy can effectively treat red hips caused by various causes,promote wound healing,alleviate the pain of children and prevent the occurrence of nursing complications in infants with red buttocks.
