造口粉联合康复新应用于Ⅱ～Ⅲ度放射性皮炎中的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨造口粉联合康复新应用予Ⅱ~Ⅲ度以上放射性皮炎的效果。方法将68例发生Ⅱ~Ⅲ度放射性皮炎的患者随机分为2组,观察组在出现放射性皮炎后使用造口粉联合康复新进行治疗;对照组使用康复新进行治疗。观察2组措施对治疗皮炎的有效率。结果观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论造口粉联合康复新治疗Ⅱ~Ⅲ度放射性皮炎,有效率高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of stoma powder combined with Kangfuxin in radiation dermatitis with Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ degree. Methods A total of 68 radiation dermatitis patients with Ⅱ ~Ⅲ degree were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group used stoma powder combined with Kangfuxin treatment,while control group was only given Kangfuxin treatment. The efficacy rates of two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group significant（P 0. 05）. Conclusion Stoma powder combined with Kangfuxin in the treatment of radiation dermatitis with Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ degree have higher curative rate,and it is worthy of clinical application.
