摘  要:为了解决淤泥陶粒加气砌块生产过程中陶粒上浮造成的匀质性劣化问题,通过理论分析加气砌块中淤泥陶粒上浮的现象和机理,实验探析淤泥陶粒加气砌块的匀质性及其影响因素及规律。研究结果表明,通过调整陶粒级配与粒径、对吸水率较大的陶粒预湿、控制水胶比、掺入适量引气剂及缩短振动时间等,可以有效减少陶粒上浮,改善加气砌块的匀质性,促进淤泥陶粒加气砌块生产技术和应用性能改良。In order to solve the problem of homogeneity degradation caused by the floating of the clay in the process of the production of the silty clay granule, the phenomenon and mechanism of the floating of the silt in the gas masonry blocks are analyzed theoretically, and the homogeneity and theinfluencing factors and the laws of the silty clay granule are analyzed. The research results show that byad justing the ceramsite gradation and particle size, pre-wetting the ceramsite with high water absorption,controlling water cement ratio, mixing with proper amount of air-entraining agent and reducing vibrationtime, the floatation of ceramsite can be effectively reduced. Finally, the uniformity of aerated block isimproved, promoting sludge ceramsite aerated block production technology and application of performance improvement.
