自由体位提高自然分娩率以及降低剖宫产的临床有效性分析

摘　　要：目的探究并分析自由体位提高自然分娩率以及降低剖宫产的临床有效性。方法选取在本院实施产前相关检查的产妇400例作为研究样本,将其随机分为两组,即对照组和观察组,每组200例。对照组产妇采取以往最常应用的卧位式分娩方式开展分娩过程,观察组则选用自由体位分娩方式开展分娩过程。观察并比较两组产妇给予对应分娩处理后的自然分娩实现率及剖宫产率。结果给予对应分娩处理后,观察组产妇自然分娩实现率为87.0%,相较于对照组对应数值65.0%,提升趋势显著(P<0.05);观察组产妇剖宫产率为13.0%,相较于对照组对应数值35.0%,下降趋势显著(P<0.05)。结论对即将分娩的产妇采取自由体位分娩方式开展分娩过程,对产妇自然分娩实现率的提升具有积极的促进作用,同时能够有效降低产妇在生产过程中选择剖宫产方式的可能性,减少产后出血量,确保产妇及新生儿的生命安全。Objective To explore and analyze the free body position to improve the natural delivery rate and reduce the clinical effectiveness of cesarean section. Methods A total of 400 maternal pregnancies were randomly divided into two groups： control group and observation group, 200 patients in each group. The control group of mothers to take the most commonly used in the past laying way to carry out the delivery process, the observation group is the use of free form of childbirth to carry out the delivery process. The rate of natural childbirth and the rate of cesarean section were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The rate of cesarean section in the observation group was 87.0%, which was higher than that in the control group（65.0%）（P〈0.05）. The corresponding value of the control group was 13.0%, and the descending trend was significant（35.0%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion On the delivery of maternal take the form of free exercise to carry out the delivery process, the maternal natural childbirth to achieve the promotion of a positive role in promoting, and can effectively reduce the maternal production process in the choice of cesarean section of the possibility of reducing postpartum hemorrhage, to ensure the safety of maternal and newborns.
