摘　　要：目的探讨贝前列素钠对成人室间隔缺损缺相关性肺动脉高压患者封堵术后生命质量的影响。方法将2011年7月至2016年1月该院77例室间隔缺损相关性肺动脉高压患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,两组患者均成功进行内科介入封堵术。药物治疗组术后口服贝前列腺素钠40μg,每天3次;对照组以相同的剂量及方式口服安慰剂。分别于封堵术前及术后1、3、6、12个月,对两组进行6 min步行试验(6MWT)及健康调查简表(SF-36)调查。结果两组患者行封堵术后6MWT及SF-36较术前均明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,药物治疗组6MWT及SF-36结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药物治疗组患者6MWT的步行距离得到提高,术后3个月达到最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药物治疗组患者封堵术后的生命质量得到提高,术后6个月达到最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论封堵术是先心病相关性肺动脉高压患者有效的临床治疗方法,术后给予口服贝前列素钠治疗可进一步增加患者的运动能力,提高患者的生命质量。Objective To investigate the effect of beraprost sodium on the quality of life after closure of adult patients with ventricular septal defect-related pulmonary hypertension. Methods Seventy-seven patients from July 2011 to January 2016 with ventricular septal defect related pulmonary hypertension were randomly divided into control group and drug treatment group. Both groups were successfully treated with internal medicine. In the drug-treated group,40 μg of beraprostone sodium was administered orally 3 times a day;the placebo was administered orally in the same dose and manner in the control group.The 6-minute walking test and the health survey summary（SF-36）were conducted before and at 1,3,6 and 12 months after theocclusion. Results The 6-minute walking test and the SF-36 were significantly increased in the 2 groups of patients after occlusion. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,the 6-minute walk test and SF-36 results in the drug treatment group were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The walking distance of the 6-minute walking testin the drug treatment group was improved,and reached the highest at 3 months after operation. The difference was statisticallysignificant（P〈0.05）.The quality of life of patients in the drug treatment group was increased after closure,and reached thehighest level at 6 months after surgery. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Closure is an effective clinical treatment for patients with congenital heart disease associated with pulmonary hypertension. Postoperative oral administration of beraprost sodium can further increase the patient′s exercise capacity and improve the patient′s quality of life.
