摘　　要：目的:观察含活性钙离子及神经酰胺3纳米化脂质体的护肤品缓解面部皮肤敏感症状的效果及其安全性。方法:采用多中心、治疗前后对照的临床试验方法,筛选127例面部皮肤敏感症状患者入组,受试期间面部单用皮肤屏障修护霜2周,期间避免外用及口服药物,收集患者的临床照片及症状评分表,比较患者在使用前、使用后1周及2周的主观症状(干燥、灼热、瘙痒)和客观症状(脱屑、红斑)评分,并计算有效率和显效率。结果:与使用前相比,面部皮肤敏感症状患者使用皮肤屏障修护霜1周后,干燥、瘙痒、灼热、脱屑、红斑五大皮肤敏感症状均得到明显改善,脱屑症状评分由(2.31±1.82)分减少为(0.83±1.09)分;红斑评分由(4.62±1.89)分减少至(3.01±1.81)分,主观症状干燥、瘙痒、灼热感的症状评分分别由(5.84±2.50)、(3.70±2.71)、(3.00±2.64)分减少为(3.67±2.16)、(2.05±2.24)、(1.50±2.11)分;持续使用2周后,脱屑、红斑、干燥、瘙痒、灼热等症状的评分继续降低至(0.55±0.93)、(2.13±1.83)、(2.67±2.16)、(1.52±2.01)、(0.93±1.70)分,与使用前、使用1周后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。其缓解脱屑、红斑、干燥、瘙痒、灼热的有效率加显效率在1周时分别为82.1%、66.9%、68.7%、72.2%、75.8%,2周时分别为90.6%、85.6%、87.8%、84.2%、83.9%。结论:皮肤屏障修护霜对缓解干燥、灼热、瘙痒、脱屑、红斑等多种面部皮肤敏感症状具有一定的效果。Objective： To observe the efficacy and safety of a skin care product containing active calcium ion and ceramide liposome-Ⅲ nanoscrystal（ Skin Barrier Repair Cream） on face sensitive symptoms. Methods： Seven hospitals enrolled in this multi-centered observation. Patients presenting face sensitive symptoms are recruited and treated with medical skin care product alone for 2 weeks. The clinical and VISIA photos of patients are collected. The assessment questionnaires of subjective symptoms（ such as dryness,burning sense,itching） as well as objective symptoms（ such as scaling and erythema） are also collected. Results： All the five main symptoms（ dryness,burning sense,itching,scaling and erythema） of patients are significantly relieved after using the Skin Barrier Repair Cream for 2 weeks. Among them,scaling is the most significant,the score（ average ± variance） decreased from（ 2. 31 ± 1. 82） before use to（ 0. 83 ± 1. 09） after using for 1 week. Similarly,the score of erythema decreased from（ 4. 62 ± 1. 89） to（ 3. 01 ±1. 81）. The score of subjective symptoms such as dryness,itching and burning sense also decreased from（ 5. 84 ± 2. 50） 、（ 3. 70 ± 2. 71） 、（ 3. 00 ± 2. 64） to（ 3. 67 ± 2. 16） 、（ 2. 05 ± 2. 24） 、（ 1. 50 ± 2. 11） respectively. After using the skin care product for 2 weeks,the score of scaling,erythema,dryness,itching and burning sense dropped to（ 0. 55 ± 0. 93） 、（ 2. 13 ± 1. 83） 、（ 2. 67± 2. 16） 、（ 1. 52 ± 2. 01） 、（ 0. 93 ± 1. 70）,respectively. Compared with the score before and one week after treatment,the differences are statistically significant（ all P〈0. 05）. The overall efficacy of this skin care product for symptoms such as scaling,erythema,dryness,itching and burning sense are 82. 1% 、66. 9% 、68. 7% 、72. 2% 、75. 8% at 1 week and 90. 6% 、85. 6% 、87. 8% 、84. 2% 、83. 9% at 2 week.
