摘　　要：随着临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式的改革,临床医学专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训并轨,面临着专业临床训练、科研培养时间减少,研究生分散不易管理等问题。科室兼职教学干事通过统筹管理的方法,能够帮助导师及研究生规范培养过程,在优化临床轮转计划、加强师生沟通、提高管理效率等方面起到积极作用。With the reform of the cultivation mode of clinical medical postgraduates, medical postgraduate training and standardized training of resident doctors are merged. New problems need to be faced such as cuts in time allotment of the clinical training and research training, and difficulties in students＇ management. Part time clinical teaching secretary can help both the tutors and students in standardizing training procedures by overall management. They can play a positive role in optimizing training plan, enhancing communieation between tutors and students, and improving management efficiency.
