摘　　要：目的分析住院患者对病房整洁和安静情况评价的影响因素,为相关管理政策提供依据和建议。方法 2014年7月至2015年5月,分层整群抽样法选取全国77所医院的8238例住院患者为研究对象。采用人口学特征调查表、医院组织相关因素调查表、住院患者对病房环境评价调查表、欧洲五维健康量表、中文版压力知觉量表等工具对其进行调查。结果患者对病房安静程度评价"较好/很好"的比例为57.2%,对病房整洁程度评价"较好/很好"的比例为68.8%。Logistic回归分析结果显示,组织相关因素(医院级别、性质)、个人相关因素(患者的年龄、婚姻状况和最近3年住院次数)对病房整洁程度评价的影响均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);个人相关因素(患者的文化程度、自感压力、焦虑/抑郁状况)对病房安静程度评价的影响均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论病房整洁程度可能更多地受组织相关因素的影响,病房安静程度则更多地受个人相关因素的影响。Objective To analyze the influencing factors for inpatients＇ evaluation of the cleanliness and quietness of the ward environment,in order to provide evidence and suggestions for related management policy.Methods By stratified cluster sampling method,8238 cases from 77 hospitals across the country were selected and investigated by using demographic scale,hospital organization related factors questionnaire,ward environment evaluation scale,EQ-5 Dand Chinese version of perceived stress scale.Results The percentage of respondents who rated the ward＇s quietness as＂good/perfect＂was 57.2%,and the percentage of respondents who rated the ward＇s cleanliness as＂good/perfect＂was 68.8%.Logistic regression analysis result showed that the organization-related factors（levels and categories of the hospitals）and personal factors（age,marital status andfrequency of hospitalization in the past three years）had significant effect on the inpatients＇ evaluation of cleanliness（all P〈0.05）.Personal factors（educational background,stress,and anxiety/depression）has significant effect on the evaluation of quietness（all P〈0.05）.Conclusions Ward＇s cleanliness might be influenced by organization-related factors more;and its quietness is influenced more by personal factors.
