摘　　要：在当前分级诊疗背景下结合社会分工理论,根据云南省调研的实际情况,对县级医院医联体模式的实施路径、效果及问题进行探索研究,为国内其他地区实施医联体制度提供经验,继而促进分级诊疗的更好实现。Based on the theory of the Division of Labor in Society under the background of hierarchical medical system, according to the actual situation of Yunnan Province, the current situation, effectiveness and problems of county hospital＇s medical treatment combination were discussed to give experiences for county hospital construction medical treatment combination and promote the hierarchical medical system implementation.
