摘　　要：在国内新医改背景下,PPP作为公立医院改革的一种新模式呈现出快速发展的势头。通过描述PPP在国内外的应用形式及发展状况,分析其中的优缺点,并结合实际情况提出解决思路,以期PPP模式能够不断改进,探索出一种切实可行的模式,使PPP模式在国内公立医院混合所有制改革中发挥积极作用。Under the background of healthcare reform in China, the PPP as a new mode of public hospital reform shows a momentum of rapid development. In this paper, by describing the application forms and development situation of PPP at China and abroad, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages, and putting forward solution combining with the actual situation, a PPP mode has been proposed to make the PPP model play a positive role in the reform of mixed ownership in the public hospitals of China.
