摘　　要：为探索有效降低药占比和次均药费的方法,北京积水潭医院利用精准预算方法和科学管理手段,结合临床合理用药需求,摸索总结出"三审、两控、一公开"的药品预算管理办法。该办法有效解决了医院用药成本控制问题,使处方合格率显著提高,形成医院与患者双赢格局。In order to explore the effective methods of reducing the ratio of drug occupation and the average drug cost per patient, Beijing Jishuitan Hospital is combining the clinical actual needs of rational use of drug, and finding out the method ＂Three Review, Two Control and One Public＂ for drug budget management by using the accurate budget and scientific management methods. In this way, the problem of controlling drug cost in hospital is solved effectively, the qualified rate of the prescriptions is improved, and a win-win pattern between hospital and patients is formed.
