摘　　要：目的:调查患者和家属对医院院务公开的满意度及需求,分析院务公开存在的问题,以期不断完善和改进院务公开,使院务公开更好地服务于医院管理。方法:对来中国医学科学院肿瘤医院就诊与治疗的病房和门诊患者、家属进行院务公开随机问卷调查,并通过PDCA循环法,对院务公开进行全面质量管理与促进。结果:通过PDCA循环法,院务公开工作得到进一步提升,健全院务公开制度,满意度不断提高,优化院务公开体系。结论:定期对院务公开开展满意度监测,发现院务公开存在的问题和不足,运用PDCA循环法不断进行持续改进,可以有效改善院务公开工作质量,提升院务公开满意度。Objectives： To analyze the needs and satisfaction of patient＇s families on hospital affairs transparency, and continuously improve the hospital affairs transparency and hospital management. Methods： A randomized sampling method was used to select patients in ward and outpatient department of Cancer Hospital for questionnaire survey, And hospital affairs transparency was promoted through PDCA method. Results： By PDCA method, hospital affair transparency has been further improved and optimized and patient satisfaction was improves. Conclusions： By regularly monitoring the satisfaction of hospital affairs transparency, the deficiency of hospital affairs transparency can be found out. The PDCA is an effective method to improve hospital affairs transparency and enhance the degree of satisfaction.
