摘　　要：根据铁路编组站的技术作业流程,将货物列车分为四类,分别分析其作业流程,综合考虑江村车站的实际情况,并结合实际统计数据,对车站现有的调车系统和运行情况进行分析。在此基础上,分析影响编组站铁路车辆停留时间的主要因素,最后从计划编制、组织管理、沟通协调和现场执行四个方面提出江村车站"有调中时"指标的改善建议。According to the technical operation process of the railway marshalling station,freight train can be divided into four categories and the operation process of which is analyzed respectively.Considering the actual situation of Jiangcun railway station,combined with the actual statistical data,the existing shunting system and operation situation of the station are analyzed.On the basis of these,the paper analyzes the main factors that affect the residence time of the freight train in the railway marshalling station.Finally,it puts forward the suggestions to improve the ＂the residence time of the shunting＂indicators of Jiangcun railway station from four aspects：planning,organization and management,communication coordination and on-site execution.
