摘 要:本文结合目前城市降雨径流污染的特点与实际情况,分析对比了国外水敏性城市理念与国内海绵城市建设理念,并在此基础上探讨了城市降雨径流污染的控制与治理技术,提出在海绵城市的建设中,通过渗透性铺装、生物滞留设施、城市绿地等海绵建设体,可以有效地兼顾城市降雨径流污染的控制,减小下游污水处理的压力,提高城市降雨径流的处理效率,为城市雨水管理体系的建立提供参考。Characteristics and actual situation of current urban rainfall runoff pollution are combined in the paper for analyzing and comparing foreign water sensitivity city concept and domestic sponge city construction concept. Urban rainfall runoff pollution control and management technologies are discussed on the basis. It is proposed that urban rainfall runoff pollution control is effectively considered through permeable pavement,biological retention facilities,urban green space and other sponge construction parts during sponge city construction,thereby reducing downstream sewage treatment pressure,improving treatment efficiency of urban rainfall runoff,and providing reference for construction of urban rain water management system.
