摘  要:近年来,江苏电网的装机容量已接近90GW,1000MW机组作为江苏电源的主力机组,其安全可靠运行对江苏电网至关重要。在某1000MW汽轮发电机的小修期间,通过交流阻抗和功率损耗试验怀疑转子绕组存在匝间短路故障,于是采用重复脉冲法、两极平衡法、线圈电压法进一步判断分析,判断出匝间短路点为P1极7号线圈。随后将该转子返厂解体后,发现7号线圈第3匝和第4匝之间绝缘碳化严重,经修复后转子正常投入运行。本文提出的综合判断匝间短路的方法对相关人员具有借鉴作用。In recent years, the installed capacity of Jiangsu power grid is close to 90 GW. 1000 MW generator as the main unit of Jiangsu power supply, it is very important for the safe and reliable operation of Jiangsu power grid. During the minor repair of a 1000 MW steam turbine generator,alternating current impedance and the power loss test indicates that rotor winding interturn short circuit fault exists, and by the methods of repetitive pulse, polar balance and coil voltage, the interturn short-circuit point is located at P1-7 coil. Then the rotor is returned to the factory and disassembled, the insulation of coil 7 between turn 3 and 4 is carbonizing seriously. After repair mend, the rotor run normally and seriously.
