摘  要:某核电站一期工程汽轮发电机为圣彼得堡电力工厂生产的TBB-1000-2Y3型隐极式同步发电机。该型号发电机转子自2007年投入商运以来,出现绝缘问题较多。文中对转子绕组绝缘缺陷处理的前期准备,即从护环的拆装方法、电源的选取设计等入手进行了介绍。设计了一种全新单相全绝缘变压器解决了核电站现场无拆装护环用非标电源的技术难题,同时总结了感应加热法的经验,供相关人员参考。The non-salient pole synchronous generators of first-stage project of a Nuclear Power Station is type TBB-1000-2 Y3 made by Russia. This type rotor winding occurs insulation defects many times from 2007. This paper gives an introduction about preparation, which is the method of removing and reinstalling the retaining ring, and selection and design for the power source. A brand new single phase insulated transformer is designed, which solves the problem of removing and reinstalling the rings on Nuclear Power Station site without non-standard power source. And then,experiences about induction heating are given that can be applied as references for relative engineers.
