摘  要:流道转换接头是随钻测井仪器中必不可少的机械部件,现场试验后损伤情况严重。采用CFD技术对流道转换接头内部钻井液流动进行数值模拟,研究其损伤规律与原因。发现流道转换接头的截面变化处与流道内表面最容易被冲蚀,背面金属台阶的中间位置腐蚀最为严重,与损伤检测结果一致。针对引起冲蚀腐蚀现象的主要原因,提出新型流道转换接头结构和加工工艺,延长使用寿命,满足现场使用要求。Flow channels crossover subs are absolutely essential mechanical parts for logging while drilling tools.They are often found seriously damaged after pilot test.To investigate the damage law and causes,drilling fluid flow in flow channels crossover subs was numerically simulated by CFD technique on the base of experiment in this research.Through the analysis,it is found that the channels' inner surface and the section where the subs' cross section changes are most likely be eroded.The most severe corrosion was found in the middle of mental step at backside,which is consistent with the damage detection result.According to the main reasons of corrosion,a new structure and processing technology of flow channels crossover subs is proposed,aiming at prolonging subs' service life and meeting the site operation demand.
