摘　　要：在四列圆柱滚子轴承外滚道加工过程中,没有专用的外滚道尺寸测量仪器。根据外滚道的尺寸和形状,对游标卡尺进行了改进,设计了专用的辅助测量装置,可直接测量外套滚道的工艺尺寸。测量方法简便,效率高。In the process of the outer raceway of four row cylindrical roller bearings, there is no specific measuring instrument for the outer raceway size. According to the size and shape of the outer raceway, the vernier caliper is improved and a special auxiliary measuring device is designed, which can directly measure the technological dimension of the raceway. The method of measurement is simple and high efficiency.
