高精密热导传感器检测精度的改善方法研究

摘  要:论文设计改进了一种热导传感器,并对影响热导池精度的因素进行了全面的分析,在此基础上,针对每一项误差的影响因素,提出了具体的改善方法并完成了相应的设计,最后将完善后的热导传感器应用在氮气浓度检测仪上,通过对比热导传感器改善前后测氮仪的测量速度、检测精度以及信噪比等相关参数,改善后的仪器测量速度快、测量精度高、信噪比高,准确度和精密度均有较大提高。This paper designs an improved thermal conductivity sensor,and the factors that influence the accuracy of TCD were comprehensively analyzed,on this basis,the influence factors of each error,puts forward some improving methods and completed the corresponding design,finally will improve the thermal conductivity sensor used in nitrogen concentration detector on the measurement of speed,through the contrast before and after the improvement of measuring instrument of nitrogen thermal conductivity sensor detection accuracy and signal-to-noise ratio and related parameters,the improved instrument measurement speed,high measurement accuracy,high signal-to-noise ratio,accuracy and precision are improved.
