摘  要:为实现T型逆变器的开路故障诊断,对T型逆变器开路故障情况下的负载电流和母线电容电压变化规律进行理论分析,归纳出不同开关管开路时的故障特征,提出一种基于负载电流和母线电容电压变化规律的故障诊断策略。该策略首先通过检测母线电容电压来判断逆变器是否发生故障,在检测到故障后将调制比限制为0.25,然后通过判断参考矢量在不同扇区时负载电流和母线电容电压的变化规律来实现故障开关管的精确定位。所提故障诊断策略不需要额外增加传感器,运算量较小,易于工程实现,仿真和实验结果验证了所提故障诊断策略的有效性。In this paper, the variations of load current and bus capacitor voltage in the case of open circuit fault of T-type inverter are analyzed. Then the fault characteristics of different open circuit switches are summarized. A fault diagnosis strategy based on load current and bus capacitor voltage variation law is proposed. Firstly, the fault of the inverter is judged by detecting bus capacitor voltage. The modulation ratio is limited to 0.25 after the fault is then detected. Finally, the precise location of the fault switch is realized by judging the variation law of load current and bus capacitor voltage in different sectors. The proposed fault diagnosis strategy does not need additional sensors, and it is easy to implement in engineering. Simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility of the proposed fault diagnosis strategy.
