摘  要:目的 本研究旨在通过实时弹性成像能否诊断肝脏创伤,并判断对肝脏创伤图像进行评分。方法 建立40处新西兰兔肝脏"#"型创伤病灶,在不同的时间点10分钟(n=40),30分钟(n=35),60分钟(n=30)分别测量实时弹性成像数值平均值、弹性应变比值SR平均值,最后根据3组实时弹性成像图像进行评分。结果 通过对比分析得出在同样程度创伤条件下,不同时间点(10、30、60分钟)实时弹性成像数值平均值随着时间的增加,其平均值升高,弹性应变比值SR平均值降低。而实时弹性成像对肝创伤图像评分也随之升高,大多数图像由红色向蓝绿色转变,表示创伤病灶区组织硬度也随之提高。同时,这一过程在病理中也得到了印证。结论 本研究证明实时弹性成像在短时间(第10分钟)、长时间(第60分钟)能够诊断出肝脏创伤,而实时弹性成像对肝创伤评分在中长时间段(第30、60分钟)内具有诊断价值。Objective To confirm whether real time elastography(RTE) could diagnose liver trauma and to grade the images of liver trauma. Methods Trauma lesions of type # were created in the livers of 40 New Zealand rabbits. The mean value of elastic imaging and the mean elastic strain ratio(SR) of the lesions were measured respectively at 10 min, 30 min, and 60 min after the injury, and the RTE images of the three groups were graded. Results Through contrastive analysis, the mean value of elastic imaging increased with time in the same degree of trauma, while the mean elastic strain ratio decreased. Meanwhile, the score for the images of liver trauma increased over time, and most images turned from red to bluish green, suggesting increased hardness at the lesion area,which were also confirmed by pathological examination. Conclusion RTE is feasible for diagnosing liver trauma in a short period(10 min) and a long period(60 min) after the injury, while RTE images have diagnostic value in grading liver trauma within mediumlength periods of time(30 min and 60 min).
