微型接骨板和克氏针内固定治疗掌指骨骨折的比较

摘　　要：目的 比较微型接骨板与克氏针内固定治疗掌指骨骨折的效果。方法 选择我科2013年7月至2014年7月收治的掌指骨骨折72例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各36例,实验组患者采用微型接骨板治疗,对照组采用克氏针内固定治疗,观察治疗效果,随访12个月,观察两组患者骨折愈合情况。结果 经过治疗后,实验组患者优良率高于对照组;随访12个月,实验组患者骨折愈合时间、畸形愈合发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床治疗掌指骨骨折时,微型接骨板疗效更佳,利于骨折愈合。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of using mini-plate and Kirschner wire on the treatment of metacarpals and phalanx fracture.Methods 72 patients with metacarpals and phalanx fracture in our department were chosen from July 2013 to July 2014, which were divided into experimental group and control group with 36 cases respectively.Mini-plate was used for the experimental group, while Kirschner wire for the control group.The effect of treatment of the fracture were observed with a 12-month follow-up after the operation.Results After the treatment, the excellent rate of experimental group were higher than control group.After 12 months, the experimental group was with less healing time of fracture and lower incidence rate of malunion than the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions For the clinical treatment of metacarpals and phalanx fracture,mini-plate was better than Kirschner wire.
