摘　　要：目的:研究鲜红天麻中的化学成分。方法:采用大孔吸附树脂、RP-C18中压半制备及半制备液相色谱进行分离,NMR、MS对单体化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从鲜红天麻中共分离出7个化合物,分别鉴定为4-羟基-3-(4-羟基苄基)苄基甲基醚[4-hydroxy-3-(4-hydroxybenzyl)benzyl methyl ether,1]、4,4'-二羟基二苯甲烷(4,4'-dihydroxydiphenyl methane,2)、对羟基苄基乙基醚(p-hydroxybenzyl ethyl ether,3)、4,4'-二羟基二苄基醚(4,4'-dihydroxydibenzyl ether,4)、2,4-二对羟基苄基苯酚[2,4-bis(4-hydroxybenzal)-phenol,5]、天麻酚A(Gastrol A,6)、4-乙氧甲基苯基-4'-羟基苄醚(4-ethoxymethylphenyl-4'-hydroxybenzyl ether,7),首次对化合物7的结构进行了详细解析。结论:本研究可为红天麻炮制前后化学成分变化研究提供一定的物质基础。Objective： To study the chemical constituents of fresh Gastrodia elata Bl. f. elata. Methods： The constituents were isolated by macroporous resin,RP-C18 medium-pressure,semi-preparative HPLC, and identified by NMR,MS. Results： Seven compounds were isolated and identified,they were 4-hydroxy-3-（ 4-hydroxybenzyl） benzyl methyl ether（1）,4,4＇-dihydroxydiphenyl methane（2）,p-hydroxybenzyl ethyl ether（3）,4,4＇-dihydroxydibenzyl ether（4）,2,4-bis（4-hydroxybenzal）-phenol（5）,gastrol A（6）,4-ethoxymethylphenyl-4＇-hydroxybenzyl ether（7）,the structure of compound7 was analyzed in detail for the first time. Conclusion： This study provided material basis for the study of chemical changes in the processing of G. elata Bl. f. elata.
