摘 要:通过实验研究供水温度、供水流量、风口尺寸和有无前置挡板对毛细管空调柜制冷性能的影响。结果表明:供水温度在7~18℃之间变化时,空调柜的制冷量随着供水温度的增大而减小;供水流量在200~600 kg/h时,空调柜的制冷量随供水流量的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势,在400 kg/h时达到最大;在三种风口尺寸下,尺寸为1 100 mm×300 mm时的制冷量和风量最大;空调柜在无前置挡板情况下的制冷量比在有前置挡板时更大。The effects of water temperature,water flow rate,tuyere size,and with or without the front baffle on the performance of the capillary air-conditioning ark are studied experimentally. The results show that when the water supply temperature changes from 7 ℃ to 18 ℃,the cooling capacity of the air conditioning cabinet decreases with the increase of water temperature; When the water supply flow rate is200~600 kg/h,the cooling capacity of the air-conditioning ark increases with the increase of the water supply rate,then decreases,and reaches the maximum at 400 kg/h; In the three air outlet size,with the size of 1 100 mm × 300 mm,the maximum amount of refrigeration and air volume occurs; The cooling capacity of air-conditioning ark without the front baffle is greater than the air-conditioning ark with front baffle.
