摘 要:以夏热冬暖典型城市广州为例,选取了一栋实际的住宅建筑为研究对象,采用了De ST-h软件的两种通风模拟方式即设定通风换气次数范围1~20次/h和De ST-Vent+模块,分别模拟了在无通风和自然通风两种情况下外窗的传热系数和遮阳系数对建筑能耗的影响,考虑到实际生活中开窗通风的行为,旨在以更加接近实际的条件下进行模拟分析。得到在自然通风条件下,建筑空调能耗随着外窗传热系数的增大而逐渐减小;而随着外窗遮阳系数的增大,建筑空调能耗也逐渐增加。Taking the typical city G uangzhou of the hot summer and warm winter zone as an example,an actual residential building was selected to research,and two methods of ventilation simulation by the De ST-h software are utilized,including setting the ventilation frequency range from 1 to 20 times/h and the De ST-Vent + module,to simulate the effect of the heat transfer coefficient and shading coefficient of the external window on building energy consumption in the absence of ventilation and natural ventilation,respectively,taking into account the behavior of window ventilation in real life,aiming at a closer approach of simulating analysis under actual conditions. Under the condition of natural ventilation,the air-conditioning energy consumption of the building gradually decreases with the increase of the heat transfer coefficient of the window,and with the increase of the external window shading coefficient,the energy consumption of the building air-conditioning also gradually increases.
