摘 要:由于R32制冷剂具有良好的热物性、热工性、环保性及安全性,目前已受到国内外制冷空调行业的广泛关注,并成为最具潜力的替代性环保制冷剂之一。而制冷剂的热物理性质是制冷部件和系统计算的基础,因此对其物性计算尤为重要。将Cleland数学模型应用于R32与R404A中,利用M atlab对其饱和蒸气压力、液体焓、饱和气体焓与液体密度等进行拟合,结果表明拟合误差小于1%,在可接受范围之内,该模型可以应用于R32与R404A中。As R32 refrigerant has good thermal properties,thermal properties,environmental protection and safety,it has been focused in refrigeration and air conditioning industry at home and abroad,and is being one of the most potential alternative to environmental protection refrigerant. The thermophysical properties of the refrigerant are the basis for the calculation of the cooling components and the system,so the physical properties of the refrigerant are particularly important. The Cleland mathematical model is applied to R32 and R404 A,and its saturated vapor pressure,liquid enthalpy,saturated gas enthalpy and liquid density are fitted by Matlab. The results show that the fitting error is less than 1% within the acceptance range,and the model can be applied to R32 and R404 A.
