摘　　要：目的:采用中医医案知识服务与共享系统软件,分析"国医大师"刘尚义教授治癌性疼痛的临床用药特点。方法:将2016年5月—2017年5月就诊于刘尚义教授国医堂门诊的"癌性疼痛"患者信息输入"中医医案知识服务与共享系统(V1.1.91)"软件中,通过系统软件中的"分析与挖掘"的模块,选择不同的维度,从而探讨刘尚义教授防治癌性疼痛的临床用药特点。结果:筛选出符合纳入标准的处方共100例,总结出刘尚义教授在防治癌性疼痛的治疗上,"解毒散结"的治疗原则始终贯穿于整个治疗过程中,同时"莪术、鳖甲、冬凌草"是刘老防治癌性疼痛的核心药物。结论:运用"中医医案知识服务与共享系统"可更好的学习刘老防治癌性疼痛的临床用药经验。Objective： The use of traditional Chinese medicine case knowledge service and sharing system software,analyze clinical medication characteristics of＂ Master of national physician＂ Professor Liu Shangyi in the prevention and treatment of cancerous pain.Methods： Will be in May 2016-May 2017 outpatient clinic professors Liu ShangYi national physician hall＂ cancerous pain patient information input＂ basis of TCM knowledge service and sharing system（V1.1.91）＂ software, through the analysis and mining of the system software module, choose a different dimension, so as to explore professor Liu Shangyi clinical prevention and treatment of cancerous pain medication.Results： A total of100 prescriptions that meet the inclusion criteria were screened out,summed up the principle of detoxicating and resolving a mass which be used in the treatment of cancer pain control on throughout the entire treatment process by Professor Liu Shangyi,at the same time,＂zedoary, turtle shell,Rabdosia rubescens＂ is Professor Liu Shangyi prevention and treatment of cancer pain in the core drugs. Conclusion： The application of＂ knowledge service and sharing system of Chinese medicine and medicine＂ can better study the clinical experience of Liu＇s treatment of cancer pain.
