益气化浊胶囊改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气化浊胶囊对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者的临床疗效。方法:将114例诊断为2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗并且中医辨证属气阴两虚、瘀血阻滞的患者按2:1比例随机分为治疗组和对照组,均服药8周。对照组服用二甲双胍治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予益气化浊胶囊。8周后比较2组临床效果、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1C)空腹胰岛素(FINS)、瘦素(LPN)、餐后2h血糖(2h PG)、胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG),并计算2组治疗前后胰岛素敏感指数等方面的情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为81.58%,对照组为60.63%,治疗组能够使糖尿病患者的空腹血糖、餐后血糖、空腹胰岛素水平下降。与对照组比较,治疗组效果更为明显。结论:益气化浊胶囊在治疗糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者方面有肯定疗效,其发挥效应机制可能与降低瘦素水平相关。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huazhuo capsule in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus insulin resistance. Methods： 114 patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosed with insulin resistance and TCM syndromes of Qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to a 2：1 ratio. All patients received medication for 8 weeks. The control group was treated with metformin, and the treatment group was given Yiqi Huazhuo capsule on the basis of the control group. After 8 weeks, two groups of clinical effects, HbA1 C fasting insulin（FINS）, leptin（LPN）, 2 h postprandial blood glucose（2 hPG）, cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride（TG）, fasting blood glucose before and after treatment were compared（FBG）, and calculate the insulin sensitivity index before and after treatment in the two groups. Results： The total effective rate was 81.58% in the treatment group and 60.63% in the control group. The treatment group was able to reduce the fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose and fasting insulin levels in diabetic patients. Compared with the control group, the treatment group was more effective. Conclusion： Yiqi Huazhuo capsule has a positive effect in the treatment of diabetic insulin resistance patients,and its effect mechanism may be related to the reduction of leptin levels.
