小针刀配合扶正固本穴位埋线法治疗肌筋膜炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:通过小针刀结合选取扶正固本类穴位埋线疗法的临床效果观察分析,评价此疗法在治疗肌筋膜炎中的临床疗效,以及在缩短此病疗程,减少复发方面的优势。方法:将40例肌筋膜炎患者分均分为2组,每七天治疗一次,共治疗两次。每个疗程结束后VAS、JOA量表评分,同时随访4、6周患者VAS量表评分。结果:治疗组的总有效率、痊愈所需时间、每个疗程结束后的VAS及随访4、6周VAS评分、JOA评分,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀配合扶正固本穴位埋线法治疗腰背肌筋膜炎相对单一针刀疗法疗效更为确切,且能显著缩短病程。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of this therapy in the treatment of myofascitis, as well as the advantages of shortening the course of the disease and reducing recurrence through observing and analyzing of the clinical effects of acupotomy combined with Fuzheng Guben acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment. Methods： 40 patients with myofascitis were divided into two groups, treated once every seven days, and treated twice. At the end of each session,VAS and JOA scales were scored, and patients were followed for 4 and 6 weeks for VAS score. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group, the time needed to recover, the VAS after each course of treatment, and the VAS score and JOA score at the follow-up of 4 and 6 weeks were all better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of acupotomy and Fuzheng Guben acupoint embedding method for the treatment of low back muscle fasciitis is more effective than single acupotomy therapy, and can significantly shorten the course of the disease.
