扶正散结方联合热灌注化疗对肺癌恶性胸水的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨扶正散结方联合热灌注化疗对肺癌恶性胸水患者疗效评价及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选择非小细胞肺癌合并胸腔积液患者42例,按照随机数字表法分为常规组和联合组,每组21例,常规组予热灌注化疗,联合组在热灌注化疗基础上配合口服中药治疗,治疗3周后比较2组患者的近期疗效、免疫指标、生活质量及不良反应。结果:联合组总有效率明显高于常规组,2组有统计学意义(P<0.05);免疫指标总T细胞、T辅助/诱导淋巴细胞、NK淋巴细胞的含量联合组高于常规组,且有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组生活质量均有提高,联合组生活质量提高率明显高于常规组,且有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组的不良反应发生率低于常规组,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:扶正散结方联合热灌注化疗治疗恶性胸水患者疗效显著,可改善患者免疫功能,提高患者预后生存质量。Objective： To investigate the effect of Fuzheng Sanjie formula combined with hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy on malignant pleural effusion in patients with lung cancer and its influence on patients＇ immune function.Methods： Forty-two patients with non-small cell lung cancer and pleural effusion were selected and divided into routine group and combined group according to the random number table method. There were 21 cases in each group.The conventional group was given thermal infusion chemotherapy, and the combined group was treated with oral Chinese medicine on the basis of thermal infusion chemotherapy. After 3 weeks of treatment, the short-term efficacy, immune parameters, quality of life, and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group, and there was statistical significance between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The total number of immune T-cells, T helper/induced lymphocytes, and NK lymphocytes were higher in the combination group than in the conventional group, and there was a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. The quality of life of the two groups was improved, and the improvement rate of the quality of life of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was lower than that in the conventional group, with no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of Fuzheng Sanjie Recipe and hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. It can improve the immune function of patients and improve the prognosis of patients.
