中医药治疗老年性便秘研究进展

摘　　要：目的:系统分析老年性便秘的病因病机,综述近10年来老年性便秘中医中药治疗进展,为临床中医治疗提供参考依据。方法:通过中国知网、万方数据库查阅近6年来中医治疗老年性便秘的文献,节选和引用31篇。结果:中医中药治疗老年性便秘的主要方法有中医内治、中医外治、针灸治疗、推拿治疗等几个方面,以中医整体观念和辨证论治为纲领,根据老年人的体质特点达到驱邪不伤正的效果,且副作用小,价廉便捷,对人体没有实质脏器损害而易于接受。结论:中医中药治疗老年性便秘效果明显,但是治疗方案缺乏创新思路。Systematic analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of senile constipation reviewed the progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for senile constipation in the past 10 years to provide reference for clinical TCM treatment. Methods： Through CNKI and Wanfang database, we reviewed the literature on traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of senile constipation in the past 6 years. 31 articles were selected and cited. Results： The main methods of TCM treatment of senile constipation include internal treatment of TCM, external treatment of TCM, acupuncture treatment, and massage treatment. Taking the overall concept of TCM and syndrome differentiation as the guideline,according to the characteristics of the physical fitness of the elderly, the effect of exorcism is achieved, and the side effects are small, the price is inexpensive and convenient, and there is no physical damage to the human body and it is easy to accept. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating senile constipation, but the treatment plan lacks innovative ideas.
