摘　　要："中庸之道"是中国"和"文化发展的必然产物,是"和"文化自我实现的哲学工具。将其用于个人,则个人将拥有平和、正派、公道、儒雅的品格;用于家庭,则家庭长幼、同辈均和睦相处,家族事业兴旺;用于社会,则社会将盛行说话温和、平等待人、友好交往、弘扬人性、美德的风气;用于治国理政,则政治开明、经济共享、教育均衡、医卫惠民、国基日稳、永续发展。"中庸之道"具有普遍价值,它穿越时空,融入现代哲学和国家大政方针,愈发彰显着它的公平公正的思想威力。＂Golden Mean＂ is the inevitable product of China and cultural development,and the philosophy tool for the self-realization of ＂He＂culture. When used on individuals,it means having peaceful,upright,justice and refined personality; when used in family,it means harmonious relationship among the old,the young and peers for the prosperity of the family; when used in society,it refers to talking gently,treating people equally,friendly communication,carrying forward humanity and morality; used in managing a government it refers to open-minded politics,sharing economics,balanced education,medical treatment and public health being beneficial to people,increasingly stable national foundation,and sustainable development. ＂Golden Mean＂has common value.It can travel through the veil of time and integrate into modern philosophy and a country＇s fundamental policies,increasingly manifesting the power of the thought of justice and equity.
