摘　　要：为提升铁路货运服务效率和质量水平,以湖南铁路为例,在阐述铁路货运服务发展现状的基础上,针对铁路站点多、运输效率低及信息化程度低等问题,结合现代物流服务理念,提出不断提升满足客户需求第一的理念、提升铁路货运系统信息化水平、提高铁路货运协同创新能力及倡导绿色物流的对策,以进一步推进铁路货运服务质量。In order to improve the efficiency and quality of the railway freight transport service, with the railway system in Hunan as example and on the basis of expounding the development status quo of the railway freight transport service, this paper studies the problems with the railway system, such as too many railway stations, low transportation efficiency, and low informatization level, and then combined with the modern logistics service concept, proposes a series of countermeasures to continuously improve the quality of the railway freight transport services.
