摘 要:通过阐述我国快递行业以及高速铁路快运的发展现状,指出我国高铁快运专列开行的必要性。传统的纯客运高速铁路通过能力计算方法无法适用于基于快运专列的通过能力计算,针对通过能力受天窗时间等影响,提出将时间分为白天时间段和夜间天窗影响时间段,分段计算通过能力的方法。最后以京沪线为例,计算得到该线开行快运专列情况下的通过能力。In this paper, by expounding the development status of the express delivery industry and the high-speed railway express business in China, we pointed out the necessity of launching the dedicated high-speed express delivery rail lines in China. The traditional method for the through capacity calculation of the pure passenger high-speed rail lines is no longer applicable to the dedicated express delivery lines. Therefore, in view of the influence of maintenance time on the through capacity of the train, we proposed to divide the daily running time of the train into the day time and the maintenance time to calculate the through capacity separately. At the end, with the BeijingShanghai section as example, we calculated its through capacity after the launching of the dedicated express delivery line.
