摘　　要：为探索一套医院医疗物资储备控制的方法,根据实际工作经验,应用现代库存技术、经济数学理论,结合医院历年医疗物资的实际消耗水平、就诊人次、住院人次等工作量的变动,建立模型测算医疗物资需求量。然后按采购成本、年储备成本最低的要求,建立模型,测算经济批量。计算出发出订货单到物资实际到库期间的要求量(又称前置时间需求量),根据前置时间需求量,按一定的标准差测算安全储备量。只要输入医疗物资的实际消耗水平、就诊人次、住院人次等工作量数据,系统会自动生成医疗物资需求量、经济批量、安全储备量等数据。医院根据医疗物资需求量做好计划,可以减少盲目性;当储备量为安全储备量时,即发单采购可以保证物资供应,又不会造成积压浪费;每次采购按经济批量采购,可以获得最佳效益。In order to find an efficient way to control the medical reserves of the hospitals, based on practical working experience and using modern inventory technology and the economic theories, we incorporated the actual consumption level, and the number of outpatient and inpatient visits, etc., in a mathematical model to calculate the actual demand for the medical supplies. Then, we built the model to minimize the purchasing and annual storage costs to calculate the economic order quantity. Next, we calculated the required quantity（also called the lead time demand volume） from the time of placing the order to the actual delivery of the goods to the warehouse, according to which, the safety reserve volume could be determined based on certain standard deviation. In this way, given the actual consumption level of the medical supplies, and the number of outpatient and inpatient visits, etc., the system would automatically generate such data as demand for medical supplies, economic order quantity, and safety reserves, etc.
