摘 要:目的:比较不同配制方法对多西他赛注射液残留量的影响,探究影响该残留量的因素,为多西他赛注射液的配制提供理论基础。方法:选取不同多西他赛注射液配制方法,采用HPLC法测定每种配制方法残留多西他赛的含量,比较因操作方法不同,多西他赛残留量的差异。结果:室温放置0 min、5 min、10min后配制,B组多西他赛残留量均小于A组(P<0.05),同组内比较,放置5min、10min配制时药物残留量均低于放置0min时(P<0.05),放置10min后配制,药物残留量均小于放置5min(P<0.05;P<0.01)。结论:快速、有效的多西他赛注射液的配制方法对保证患者安全足量的用药至关重要,工作人员需积极寻找并按照标准有效的配制方法操作,以确保患者安全用药。Objective:To investigate the effect of different operation methods on the residual amount of docetaxel injection,find out the influencing factors and provide the theoretical foundation for the dispensing of docetaxel.Methods:The residual amount of docetaxel was determined by HPLC,difference of residual amount,due to different methods,wao compared between two groups.Results:After placing for 0 min,5 min,10 min,the residual amounts of docetaxel of B group were lower than that of A group(P〈0.05).In the same group,the residual amount of docetaxel after placing for 5 min,10 min were lower than placing for 0 min(P〈0.05).The residual amount of docetaxel after placing for 10 min was lowerthan placing for 5 min(P〈0.05).Conclusion:It is important to find a quick and effective method to ensure patient safety and enough medication.
