摘 要:采用体外产气法研究了不同精粗比(concentrate∶roughage,C∶R)的香蕉皮与不同水平苜蓿配比对绵羊饲粮组合效应的影响,通过测定精粗比为40∶60条件下香蕉皮与苜蓿配比为60∶0,50∶10,40∶20,30∶30,20∶40,10∶50,0∶60组合,精粗比为30∶70条件下70∶0,60∶10,50∶20,40∶30,30∶40,20∶50,10∶60,0∶70组合,精粗比为20∶80条件下80∶0,70∶10,60∶20,50∶30,40∶40,30∶50,20∶60,10∶70,0∶80组合,共24组饲粮组合及3种原料分别培养2,4,6,9,12,24,36,48,72,96h内的产气量,并通过24h产气量(GP24h)和加权估算值计算出各组合的组合效应值(AE)。结果表明:C∶R 40∶60和30∶70条件下,各组AE均无显著差异(P>0.05)。从GP24h和产气参数值看,C∶R40∶60条件下0、20、30、60香蕉皮组和C∶R30∶70条件下20、30、50组AE较好。C∶R 20∶80下,40组AE极显著大于0组(P<0.01);80、70、60、50、30组显著大于0组(P<0.05),即40、50、60、70组AE较好。研究结果表明,C∶R40∶60下,香蕉皮∶苜蓿0∶60、20∶40、30∶30、60∶0组,C∶R30∶70下,20∶50、30∶40、50∶20组,C∶R20∶80下,40∶40、50∶30、60∶20、70∶10组AE较好。不同C∶R下,C∶R越小,需要使用香蕉皮比例越大。This experiment adopted in vitro gas production method to conduct the investigation on the effects of alfalfa supplementation and banana peel of different concentrate-roughage ratios(C∶R)on associative effects(AE)of diets of sheep.It is measured that when banana peel∶alfalfa were 60∶0,50∶10,40∶20,30∶30,20∶40,10∶50,0∶60,C∶R was 40∶60,when banana peel∶ alfalfa were 70∶0,60∶10,50∶20,40∶30,30∶40,20∶50,10∶60,0∶70,C∶R was 30∶70,when banana peel∶ alfalfa were 80∶0,70∶10,60∶20,50∶30,40∶40,30∶50,20∶60,10∶70,0∶80,C∶R was 20∶80.Gas production(GP)was recorded at 0,2,4,6,9,12,24,36,48,72,96 h.The AE was defined as the difference between the observed in vitro GP24 hand the predicted value from individual feed fermented alone.The results showed as follows∶the AE of all groups were not significantly different when C∶R were 40∶60 and 30∶70(P〉0.05).The AE of groups of banana peel∶alfalfa of 0∶60,20∶40,30∶30,60∶0 and 20∶50,30∶40,50∶20 were better because GP24 hand gas parameters of these groups were greater when C∶R was 40∶60 and 30∶70.The AE of the group of 40 banana peel was significantly greater than the group of 0(P〈0.01),and AE of the groups of 80,70,60,50 and 30 were significantly greater than the groups of 0(P〈0.05)when C∶R was 20∶80.The AE of 40∶40,50∶30,60∶20,70∶10 were greater when C∶R was 20∶80.It is concluded that the AE of the groups of banana peel∶ alfalfa of 0∶60,20∶40,30∶30,60∶0,20∶50,30∶40,50∶20,40∶40,50∶30,60∶20,70∶10 were greater when C∶R was 40∶60,30∶70 and 20∶80.The proportion of banana peel is greater when C∶R was lower.
