基于IPA方法的福州国家森林公园旅游解说系统评价研究

摘　　要：在实地调研与问卷调查基础上,运用IPA方法对福州国家森林公园旅游解说系统进行评价分析。调查评价结果表明:(1)前往森林公园的休闲旅游者主要来自福州市,性别上男女基本均衡,以高学历人群为主,中青年人是目前解说系统的主要使用群体;(2)21项指标的IP均值差均大于0,说明游客感受到各项指标实际表现均未达到其期望;(3)游客服务中心比较重要但实际表现不好;(4)电子导游的知晓度低,游客满意度低,使用率低;(5)牌示系统方面安全警示牌得到游客较高评价,景点解说牌内容的评价一般。提出了要完善游客中心,开放森林博物馆;创新数字化解说媒介;丰富植物解说内容,传播森林生态文化等优化建议。Based on field survey and questionnaire methods, IPA method was used to evaluate and analyze the tourism interpretation system evaluation of Fuzhou National Forest Park,. The results of evaluation and analysis show：（1） major of the tourists came from Fuzhou, with equilibrium gender ratio and higher education background. Yong people were the subject using tourism interpretation system;（2） 21 indexes′ mean differences between importance value and performance value were all greater than zero,that meant the tourists were unsatisfied with the performance of 21 indexes;（3） tourist center had high importance value but low performance value;（4） electronic tour guide had low understanding degree,low utilization rate and low tourists satisfaction;（5） indexes of warning sign obtained higher appraisal,but the index of interpretative panels′ content gained a common appraisal. In all, the tourist center, electronic tour guide and the content of interpretative panels should give priority to be improved. In order to optimizing the tourism interpretation system of Fuzhou National Forest Park, some advices had been put forward,such as improving the tourist center; opening the forest museum; perfecting the commentary boards;innovating digitization interpretation media;enriching content of plant interpretation, spreading forestry ecological culture.
