摘　　要：在烟草加工行业中,由于外部环境变化等因素,会导致梗丝膨化干燥流化床内部负压出现突变,引起梗丝倒吸现象,造成堵料问题发生,既影响正常生产,又影响产品质量。为了解决此问题,设计了烟草制丝线梗丝干燥流化床防堵料装置,实际使用表明,该装置能够有效解决梗丝干燥流化床堵料问题,保障了生产的连续性,对产品质量提升起到了重要作用,具有一定的推广价值。In the tobacco processing industry, due to external environmental change and other factors, there will be a sudden change of internal negative pressure in fluidized bed of extruded stem, and cause stem filament suction phenomenon and material plugging problem, which not only affect the normal production, but also affect the quality of the product. In order to solve this problem, a dry fluidized-bed anti plugging device for stom of tobacco processing line is designed. The practical application shows that the device can effectively solve the problem of blocking material in dry fluidized bed, ensure the continuity of production, and play an important role in improving the quality of the product, and has certain popularizing value.
