摘　　要：目的探讨血清P53、基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在膀胱癌患者中的表达及意义。方法回顾分析2015年3月至2017年3月该院收治的104例膀胱癌患者的临床资料,并将同期52例膀胱良性病变患者纳入研究作为对照组。按照病情的严重程度将膀胱癌患者分为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组和Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组。比较三组间血清P53抗体指数和吸收率、血清MMP-7、MMP-9及尿液MMP-7、MMP-9水平。结果Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组和Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组患者的血清P53抗体指数和吸收率均高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组患者均高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组(P<0.05);Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组和Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组患者血清MMP-7、MMP-9水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组患者高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组(P<0.05);Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组和Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组患者尿液MMP-7、MMP-9水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组患者均高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组(P<0.05)。结论膀胱癌患者血清P53抗体指数、MMP-7、MMP-9及尿液MMP-7、MMP-9水平均有异常,而且膀胱癌分期越高则上述指标表达水平更高,上述指标有助于膀胱癌的早期诊断。Objective To study the expression and significance of serum P53,MMP-7 and MMP-9 in patients with bladder cancer.Methods From March 2015 to March 2017,104 cases of bladder cancer in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,and 52 patients with benign bladder diseases were selected at the same time.According to the severity of the disease,the patients with bladder cancer were divided into the stageⅠ-Ⅱ and stageⅢ-Ⅳ,and 52 patients with benign lesions were served as the control group.Serum P53 antibody index and absorption rate,serum matrix metalloproteinase-7（MMP-7）,serum matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9）and urine MMP-7 and MMP-9 levels were compared between the three groups.Results The antibody level and absorption rate of serum P53 in patients with stageⅠ-Ⅱ group and stageⅢ-Ⅳ group were higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）.The index of patients in stageⅢ-Ⅳ group is higher than that of stageⅠ-Ⅱ group（P〈0.05）.The serum levels of MMP-7 and MMP-9 in patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ and stageⅢ-Ⅳ were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The index of patients in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳgroup is higher than that of stageⅠ-Ⅱ group（P〈0.05）.The urine MMP-7 and MMP-9 water in patients with stageⅠ-Ⅱ group and stageⅢ-Ⅳ group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The indexes of the patients in stageⅢ-Ⅳ group were higher than those in stageⅠ-Ⅱ group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The levels of serum P53 antibody index,MMP-7,MMP-9 and urine MMP-7 and MMP-9 were abnormal in bladder cancer patients.Moreover,the higher the stage of bladder cancer,the higher the expression level of these indicators,which are helpful in the early diagnosis of bladder cancer.
