摘 要:机械摩擦及磨损每年给人类社会带来巨大的经济损失,而润滑油的使用是减少摩擦磨损的最有效方式。发动机种类繁多、结构各异,设计参数、运转参数及工况的不同导致其对油品的要求也有差异。着眼于内燃机新技术对润滑油油品的要求,以及发动机润滑油先进测量技术近年的研究进展,探讨了近年来发动机用润滑油研发的发展历程及技术现状,并从活塞环-缸套摩擦学数值模拟、润滑油油耗及油膜厚度测量等方面对发动机用润滑油研究发展方向进行了展望。Mechanical friction causes huge economic losses each year,and the utilization of lubricating oil can reduce the damage of engines caused by the friction as the most effective way. Demands of the lubricating oil vary for aspecific engine in terms of engine type,structure,design and operation parameters. This paper focuses on demands of the lubricating oil from new technologies about engine, as well as research progress on advanced measurement technology of the lubricating oil in recent years. Furthermore,development path and its status of lubricating oil used in engine were discussed,then research direction on the lubricating oil was expected in view of numerical simulation of piston ring-liner, loss of the lubricating oil and measurement of oil film thickness .
