摘  要:针对当前医高专学生职业道德建设的基本现状和凸显的主要问题,提出加强贯彻全方位育人理念、制定完善的育人规划、教育主体协同发力等措施,以达到帮助医高专学生开启对医务工作者职业道德规范的正确认知,逐步树立医护职业道德情感和信念,最终实现医学生在实践中自觉践行医德规范的育人目的。In view of the basic situation and main problems of the current professional ethics construction of students at vocational medical schools,this article proposes that we should implement the idea of all-round talents education and make sound education plans and cooperate with all educational subjects so as to help the medical students gain a correct understanding of medical workers' professional moral norms and gradually establish affection and belief of medical and nursing profession morality,and finally practice medical ethical norms in practice.
