长白山生态旅游游客满意度研究

摘　　要：随着我国经济的持续增长,旅游市场方兴未艾。大众化和多样化的消费需求推动了旅游的转型升级。旅游者基本的观光和旅行需求得到满足后,开始不断追求更高层次的旅游方式。因此,越来越多的旅游者开始关注生态旅游。生态旅游作为在自然保护区域内,把保护环境和为当地居民谋福利相结合的负责任的旅游方式,成为自然保护区旅游发展的最佳方式。如何兼顾生态环境、社区居民和旅游者三者之间的关系是生态旅游业持续稳定发展的关键。据此对长白山生态旅游资源状况及满意度进行研究,以期能够在维护长白生态平衡和环境效益的同时,有效地进行旅游开发,实现在提高经济效益的同时保护好生态环境。The sustained economic growth of China brings the prosperous tourism market.The popular and multifarious consumer demands promoted the transformation and upgrading of tourism market.With the satisfied basic needs of sightseeing,tourists begin to pursue a higher level of tourism and more and more tourists started to pay attention to ecotourism.Ecotourism,as an accountable pattern of tourism combining environmental protection and life improvement of local residents,is the best way to develop tourism of the natural reserve.The key point of sustained development of tourism is to balance the relationship among ecosystem,local residents and tourists.This study therefore analyzes the expectation and satisfaction of Changbai Mountain ecotourism,aiming to efficiently improve the economic and social benefits with tourism while maintain the balance of Changbai Mountain ecosystem.
