摘 要:采用高温熔融法成功制备了组分为x Bi2O3-(100-x)Si O2(x=30~60 mol%)的Bi2O3-Si O2体系透明玻璃,并利用X射线衍射、拉曼光谱(Raman Spectra)、近红外发射光谱和紫外-可见光-近红外透射谱分析了该玻璃体系的网络结构发光特性。系统研究了该玻璃体系的铋硅比、不同熔制温度对其光学特性的影响。Bi2O3-SiO2( BS) glasses were prepared by high temperature melting method. The microstructure and optical properties were characterized by using X-ray diffraction( XRD),Raman spectroscopy( Ram),UV-visible-NIR transmission spectra. Near infrared emission spectra were used to analyze the network structure of BS glasses. The effects of the ratio Bi2O3/SiO2 and melting temperature on optical properties of BS glasses were systematically studied.
