摘　　要：利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜-能谱仪,对浮法玻璃生产线产生的玻璃缺陷-疖瘤进行检测,结合玻璃熔窑结构及所用耐火材料进行排查,根据疖瘤的成分找出了疖瘤的产生原因为使用了不恰当的密封泥料造成。利用高温内窥镜对熔窑大碹进行了探测,并给出了解决措施。By using optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy equipped with energy dispersive X-ray analysis（ SEM-EDX） the knot defects in float glass were analyzed. Considering the structure of glass furnace and refractory materials the reason of knot defects was revealed based on the components of knots. It is due to the use of improper mortar. A high temperature endoscope was used for observing the crown of melting furnace. The solution was presented.
