摘 要:对于导管架基础,导管架与钢管桩之间的连接设计一直是工程设计的重难点所在。以某海上测风塔工程为背景,利用SCAS软件对测风塔基础结构进行整体有限元模拟。根据DNVGL的相关规范和资料,海上测风塔的导管架与钢管桩的连接设计考虑了灌浆连接和抱箍连接两种连接形式。文章着重剖析了灌浆连接形式的计算思路和方法,并对两种连接形式进行了对比分析,最后该工程的基础设计方案选用了抱箍连接的方式。For the jacket foundation,the design of the connection between the jacket and the steel pipe pile has always been a major difficulty in engineering design. In this paper,the finite element simulation of the offshore wind tower structure is carried out in SCAS software.According to DNVGL relevant norms and information,two types of connection of the jacket and steel pipe pile in the offshore wind tower is considered,the grouting connection and the hoop connection. The calculation ideas and methods of grouting connection are emphatically analyzed,and the comparison of the two connection types is carried out. Each design scheme has its advantages and disadvantages. Finally,the hoop connection method is adopted in the foundation design of this project because of its good performance of transfer force.
