摘 要:光栅是常用的光学衍射元件,在涉谱和分光等诸多领域有广泛应用。文章通过分析正入射时光栅衍射的原理,对其衍射特性与参数进行分析,建立光栅方程和谱线的对应关系,并通过大量的实验数据,分析了波长、衍射角和色散等参数的内在联系。同时,阐述了光栅衍射应用场合及条件,以及对物理实验的促进作用。Grating isa commonly used optical diffractive element, which has been widely used in many fields, such as spectraland spectroscopic fields. By analyzing the principle of grating diffraction at normal incidence, the diffraction characteristics and pa原rameters are analyzed, the corresponding relationship between grating equation and spectral line is established, anda large number ofexperimental data are obtained. The intrinsic relations among the parameters such as wavelength, diffraction angle and dispersion areanalyzed. At the same time, the applications and conditions of grating diffraction and its promotion to physical experiments are de原scribed.
